Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Savekart.pk ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and its website ("Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you ("Customer", "you", or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. User Eligibility
By placing an order or using our Website, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Pakistan, and that all information provided during registration or order placement is accurate and complete.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders placed through Savekart.pk are subject to acceptance and availability. We offer the following payment methods:
- Prepaid: Customers pay the full amount upfront, and no additional Cash on Delivery (COD) charges apply.
- COD with Advance Payment: Customers pay a non-refundable advance of PKR 300, with the remaining balance paid at the time of delivery.
The Customer agrees that if an order is cancelled after dispatch or delivery is refused, any delivery or logistics charges incurred by Savekart.pk shall be deducted from the advance payment. The remaining amount, if any, shall be refunded within 10–15 business days.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy , which is incorporated herein by reference. All Customers must acknowledge and accept the Refund & Cancellation Policy at checkout by ticking the consent checkbox. Savekart.pk reserves the right to withhold or deduct applicable charges in accordance with the Policy.
4. Return Policy
All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims shall be governed by our Return Policy , which is incorporated herein by reference. Customers must comply with all procedural requirements, including submission of unboxing videos and adhering to the 3-day return window. Savekart.pk reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the Policy.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy , which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Website, Customers consent to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Pakistani law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Savekart.pk or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any Website content is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Customers agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws of Pakistan.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers, systems, or networks connected to the Website.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or personal data without authorization.
- Submit false or fraudulent information during registration or order placement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savekart.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or delivery delays. Liability for any direct loss shall be limited to the value of the relevant order.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Pakistan. Customers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Amendments
Savekart.pk reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. All changes shall be effective upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
