For all products, the return or replacement policy stated on the product page will take precedence over the general return policy.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Products may only be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances:
- The received product differs from what was displayed on the website.
- A defective or damaged product has been delivered.
How Does Savekart Process Returns?
If you receive a faulty product or one different from what you originally ordered, you may request an exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your request is verified, our Returns Team will provide a Consignment Number along with return instructions. You will need to return the product in its original packaging, including the Savekart flyer and box, to your nearest courier center.
When Does Savekart Accept Returns?
Accessories
Most accessories come with a 6-month to 1-year warranty, though return periods may vary. Returns will be accepted in the following cases:
a. Earbuds
- Battery issues
- Connectivity issues
- Physically damaged
- Repacked
- One or both buds not working
b. Chargers
- Charging issues
- Physical damage
How to Process a Return?
To register a return or exchange request for a faulty or incorrect product, contact us at [email protected] with complete details about the issue.
- Attach a clear unboxing video showing the product from opening the Savekart flyer to turning it on.
- Attach a separate video demonstrating the problem.
Note: Returns will not be processed if the complaint lacks sufficient details.
- If a defect is confirmed within the 3-day return window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.
- If no defect is found or the issue is not diagnosed within 3 days of delivery, you will be referred to the respective brand's service center for resolution.
Important Notes
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to a change of mind.
- Return claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- The unboxing video must clearly show the opening of the Savekart flyer.
- The returned product must be complete, with no missing, broken, or damaged items from the box.
- To process any return claims, a complete unboxing video must capture the entire process, from opening the Savekart flyer to turning on the product.
- If a returned product is found to have no valid issue after inspection, it will be sent back to the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the product, it will be discarded after 3 months.
