Return Policy
For all products, the return or replacement policy stated on the respective product page shall take precedence over this general Return Policy. By placing an order on Savekart.pk ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the customer ("Customer", "you") agrees to the terms set out herein.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Products shall only be eligible for return or exchange under the following circumstances:
- The product received materially differs from what was displayed on the Website.
- The product delivered is defective or damaged at the time of receipt.
How Does Savekart Process Returns?
If you receive a defective product or a product that differs from your order, you may request an exchange or refund within 3 days of delivery. Upon verification of the request, our Returns Team shall issue a Consignment Number along with return instructions. The Customer shall be responsible for returning the product in its original packaging, including the Savekart flyer and box, to the designated courier center.
When Does Savekart Accept Returns?
Accessories
Most accessories are covered by a manufacturer warranty ranging from 6 months to 1 year. For products without a manufacturer warranty, Savekart.pk may offer a limited 3-day check warranty subject to the conditions outlined herein. Returns shall be accepted only in the following cases:
a. Earbuds
- Battery-related issues
- Connectivity issues
- Physical damage identified upon delivery
- Product found to be repacked or tampered
- One or both earbuds not functioning
b. Chargers
- Charging-related issues
- Physical damage identified upon delivery
How to Process a Return?
To initiate a return or exchange request for a defective or incorrect product, the Customer must contact us at [email protected] and provide complete details of the issue.
- A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided, showing the product from opening the Savekart flyer to powering on the device.
- A separate video demonstrating the reported issue must also be submitted.
Note: Return or exchange requests shall not be processed if sufficient evidence is not provided.
- If a defect is verified within the 3-day return window , a replacement of the same model shall be provided at no additional cost.
- If no defect is identified or the issue is not reported within 3 days of delivery, the Customer shall be directed to the respective brand's authorized service center for further assistance.
Important Notes
- Returns or exchanges shall not be accepted due to change of mind or preference.
- All return claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- The unboxing video must clearly demonstrate the opening of the Savekart flyer and initial product condition.
- The returned product must be complete, with no missing, damaged, or altered components from the original packaging.
- A complete unboxing video capturing the entire process from package opening to product testing is mandatory for claim processing.
- If a returned product is determined, upon inspection, to have no valid defect or issue , the product shall be returned to the Customer. If the Customer refuses to accept such product, Savekart.pk reserves the right to dispose of the product after 3 months without further liability.
