Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through Savekart.pk ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order on our website, the customer ("Customer", "you") agrees to be bound by the terms set out below.

Payment Terms

Savekart.pk offers the following payment options:

• Prepaid Orders: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. No Cash on Delivery (COD) charges apply.
• Partial Cash on Delivery (COD): A fixed advance payment (e.g., Rs. 300 or as updated on the website) is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance shall be payable at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Orders shall only be processed after confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of advance payment.

• Savekart.pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues.
• Once dispatched, the order shall be deemed confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

• The Customer may cancel an order prior to dispatch without penalty.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be entertained without applicable deductions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds shall only be processed under the following circumstances:

• Order cancelled before dispatch
• Product unavailable or order not fulfilled by Savekart.pk
• Verified cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to the Return Policy
• Duplicate or excess payment made by the Customer

Refusal or Cancellation After Dispatch

In the event that the Customer refuses to accept delivery of the order, cancels the order after dispatch, or fails to receive the order despite delivery attempts, the following shall apply:

• All delivery charges, including forward and return shipping (if applicable), shall be deducted from the advance payment.
• The remaining balance, if any, shall be refunded to the Customer.
• If the delivery charges are equal to or exceed the advance payment, no refund shall be payable.
• This clause shall be binding and non-negotiable.

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds shall be processed within 10 to 15 working days from the date of approval.

• Refunds shall be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or the original payment method (for prepaid orders), where applicable.
• Savekart.pk shall not be liable for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after dispatch
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer
• Customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery without valid reason
• Failure to comply with the Return Policy requirements

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• In cases of refusal or cancellation after dispatch, both forward and return shipping charges shall be borne by the Customer.

Limitation of Liability

Savekart.pk’s liability shall be limited strictly to the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant order. Under no circumstances shall Savekart.pk be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order on Savekart.pk, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
